Vincent brings a career of public service and real-world problem-solving to his campaign for New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District. As a retired federal employee, he spent decades building and leading diverse teams and tackling complex challenges with discipline, clarity, and results. He knows how to bring people together, build coalitions, and move ideas from concept to action.

Running as an Independent, he is not controlled by either party or special interests.

Recognized as an expert in Department of Defense acquisition, Vincent understands how government works—and where it doesn’t. In Congress, he will use that experience to streamline operations, reduce waste, and deliver better outcomes for taxpayers. Vincent has extensive experience drafting policies, procedures, and contracts, giving him a strong command of the legislative and regulatory process.

His time working in the Washington, D.C. area, and his current role as a consultant interacting directly with members of Congress and their staffs, gives him a clear, practical understanding of how decisions are made and how to get things done. Throughout his career, Vincent has also developed and led corporate training programs in leadership, process improvement, and project management, helping others operate more effectively and efficiently. He has held a Department of Defense Secret clearance since 1990 with no violations, a reflection of his integrity and commitment to accountability.
